In this assingnment, I analyzed the complexities of the burgeoning “folksonomy” organization method of knowledge, particularly in the digital realm, using Smith et al’s 2026 article “Folksonomies and crowdsourcing” and Jason Morrison, P.’s 2008 “Tagging and Searching: Search retrieval effectiveness of folksonomies on the world wide web”.
